About Me

Born and raised in Minnesota, I have always been drawn to service, creativity, and connection. After graduating from Eden Prairie High School in 2014 and the University of St. Thomas in 2017, I pursued a variety of roles, ranging from hospitality and retail to philanthropy, private aviation, and even running my own business selling handmade goods at local farmers markets. These experiences shaped my deep appreciation for working with people and supporting them in meaningful ways.

My Journey to Motherhood

In 2024, my husband and I welcomed our son, Linus, into the world. A transformative experience that strengthened me in ways I never imagined. Although I always knew I wanted children, birth was something I had feared. To prepare myself, I immersed in research, took birth courses, worked closely with midwives, and eventually found a doula who provided the guidance and reassurance I needed.

With the unwavering support of my partner and doula, I had an unmedicated water birth that left me feeling empowered, strong, and deeply inspired. That experience changed me. It ignited a passion to help other women feel just as supported, informed, and confident in their own birthing journeys.

Why I Became a Doula

I believe every birthing person deserves compassionate, knowledgeable support. While family, friends, and partners play an important role, there is something invaluable about having a dedicated advocate who understands birth, honors your choices, and provides both emotional and physical support during this life-changing time.

Research shows that having a doula leads to more positive birth experiences and I wholeheartedly believe every mother deserves that. My role is to help you feel empowered, heard, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether through emotional encouragement, hands-on comfort techniques, or simply holding space for you, my goal is to support you in having the most fulfilling birth experience possible.

I would be honored to be part of your journey.
